In case you missed the news, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) has completed a second series of tests on General Mills and Quaker Oats breakfast cereals and found potentially unsafe levels of glyphosate in many of them.  The experts say that it is especially a concern for our children consuming these cereals as they are more sensitive to the carcinogenic chemicals.  For a complete list and more information go to this link:  Cereals & Oats found with pesticides   See Chart of Cereals Tested:  EWG_Glyphosate-2_Table_Full_C02

To Choose Organic, or Not to Choose Organic?… EWG tests our produce to help us decide

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) organization tests the amount of pesticide that remains in our produce every year and compiles a list of the top worst (called dirty dozen) and the least (clean 15) so we can make an informed decision when buying produce.  It is best to buy any on the dirty 12 list as Organic to decrease your pesticide intake.  See the recently released 2018 list here: Dirty 12 (Most Pesticide in Produce) list  and also see the Clean 15 list here: Clean 15 (Least Pesticide in Produce list) Get the pocket size list to carry with you here: POCKET SIZE LIST
