First, I was able to stop using my CPAP machine and my blood pressure medicine was cut in half! I wanted you to know that now I have reached my goal. I lost 55 Lbs and 6 pant sizes!! I’m now a size 12 for the first time in about 18 years!  My cholesterol is down 14 points, my sugar is fantastic and my blood pressure got so low they had to change my meds!! I’m on a fluid pill instead and hopefully I can drop that soon as well! Thank you doesn’t begin to describe how grateful I am for your help!!!  I’m living life again and it feels wonderful 🙂 🙂 You’ve truly given me my life back!!
